Weare looking for acandidate who iscapable tolearn fast and work directly with our customers toensure the quality ofour products, who ispassionate about providing high-quality service with nocompromises.Requirements:●3+ years ofIT resource/outstaff project management experience within asoftware development environment;●Great project ownership skills (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.;●Good working knowledge ofScrum, Waterfall, Kanban practices, and software development lifecycle;●Big-picture thinking and vision;●Skilled inindependent work while cooperating with remote team members;●Solid organizational and problem-solving skills;●Decision-making skills (you don’t afraid ofresponsibility);●Successful people management;●Clear processing requirements, aswell assuccessful risk management;●Experience inrequirements analysis, estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;●Experience innegotiations with customers;●Good communication skills;●At least Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.Responsibilities:●Coordinate efforts, Synchronize and prioritize with other project coordinators;●Communicate regularly tobeup-to-date with the Technical Team andBA orCustomers;●Scrum: Act asaScrum Master, facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily standup meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews, and organize Scrum teams;●Carry out routine daily tasks and procedures ofassigned project;●Assist inthe development ofschedules that translate project goals into action and work toensure the success ofthe project;●Monitor same schedule, budget, and deadlines;●Promote and facilitate process improvements;●Assist team inadhering toproject schedule and budgets;●Assist inthe coordination ofinter-company resources;●Interact with external/internal vendors and customers;●Interact with operations and marketing teams;●Expense reporting.Weoffer:● Good working conditions inaninternational environment;● PTO— 24working days;● Opportunity towork remotely;● Flexible work schedule;● Friendly team;● Medical insurance.
