IT Product Owner (Core Banking) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position: implementation of Agile processes in the direction of Core-banking. Work with 3 scrum teams.

About the team: team develops, tests and operates most of the mass products used by customers through P24 for individuals and P24 for business, as well as in all departments the bank Commonly known and critical for many residents and companies of Ukraine are being used. The teams consist mostly of database developers and back-end developers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Roadmap and backlog management product
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from different sources
• Compilation and maintenance of the service road map taking into account business priorities
• Regularly cooperate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the functionality and prioritization
• Organization of regular meetings to discuss the status of projects and to solve current problems
• Identification and documentation of requirements: development user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of the team's requirements
• Management of the development and release process: coordination of all stages of development from planning to release. Ensuring timely release of releases according to the schedule
• Analysis of performance and quality of services: monitoring of service performance, analysis of metrics and reports. Identification of problems and coordination of their resolution with technical teams
• Interaction with business units: cooperation with business units of the bank to understand their needs and ensure that services meet their requirements. Maintaining a constant dialogue with the business to adjust priorities
• Market research and innovation: analyzing the market and technological trends to identify new opportunities. Proposing and implementing innovations to improve services.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in the role of Product Owner for the Scrum framework
• Work experience in the banking sector: deep understanding of banking processes and the specifics of working with financial services
• Understanding the principles of back-end developmentand the architecture of server solutions. Experience with APIs, databases and integration services.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Redmine, etc.)
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with analytical tools to monitor service performance
• Ability to effectively interact with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to resolve conflicts and find compromises< /li>
• Ability to clearly formulate requirements and expectations
• Ability to present work results

Would be an advantage:

• Higher education by field - technical computer specialty, or applied mathematics/past work experience as a developer or analyst or other technical specialist
• Knowledge of the basics of SQL
