Requirements:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">3+ years of work experienceIT product manager;

• possibility of setting A/B tests;

• experience with Scrum, Kanban and understanding of Agile;

• experience with Jira, Confluence;

• understanding UI/UX basics;

• ability to describe and optimize business processes using typical methods (BPMN, UML, Swimlane diagram)

• English language level B2;

• ability to use analysis/analytics tools;

• analytical thinking, the ability to analyze the market and competitors, find non-standard solutions to problems.

Responsibilities:

• collaborate and work effectively as part of a cross-functional team to produce high-quality software;

• identifying and managing requirements from various stakeholders (product, designer, marketing, analytics, support);

• A/B testing and definition of product development strategy and roadmap;

• market and competitor research;

• creating a conversion rate optimization strategy;

• creating and maintaining product documentation;

• UML/BPMN or other business modeling experience;

• testing and implementation of strategic ideas.
