IT Manager (ERP, integrations, infrastructure) in IDEALIST COFFEE CO.

We are looking for an IT manager who combines technical skills and strategic thinking. Which will become the driver of the company's digital development: from IT infrastructure management to the integration of ERP systems and the launch of new retail outlets. Main responsibilities

• Managing the IT infrastructure of the company: servers, network, users, access, security.
• Administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, corporate communication (Kyivstar, lifecell, Vodafone).
• Coordination and development of integrations between systems (1C / BAS, Saledrive, CRM, SMS gateways, other services).
• Interaction with contractors: providers, ERP support, telecom, hosting, cloud services.
• Analysis and optimization of business processes, formation of technical requirements for new solutions.
• Planning of IT development, purchase of equipment, licenses, control of backups and cyber security.
• Participation in the implementation of new ERP / CRM systems and integrations.

Candidate requirements

• Work experience in IT / system administration / IT implementation management from 1 year.
• Understanding ERP / CRM / BAS architecture, integrations between systems.
• Experience with 1C / BAS, Salesdrive, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of security principles, backup, user and access administration.
• Analytical thinking, ability to formulate technical tasks, coordinate contractors.
