General DescriptionBe a single point of contact for the users on IT matters with end-to-end responsibility,IT helpdesk (L1/L2 support),Ownership and support of local applications,Сoordination of global teams which involved in execution of particular functions outside Ukraine as per DB functional model of IT organization and which have a reflection on local processes.What we will offer An environment that encourages networking and collaboration across functions and businesses,A safe working environment with the opportunity to work remotely,28 days of paid annual leave,Health insuranceKey ResponsibilitiesSupporting of local infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory initiatives, Be a single point of contact for all IT relevant matters with end-to-end responsibility,Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements,Local applications support provided either directly by the person or with involvement of respective global teams,Perform L1/L2 support for IT end-user area either directly by the person or with involvement of global teams,Ensure constant communication is established with the business / IT managers and update them proactively on the status,Support audit reviews from IT side,Perform health checks at the beginning and end of the day,Track, route and redirect IT problems to correct resources (including internal and external teams, local and international vendors and partners) and ensure proper escalation if required,Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of activities in scope,Follow all relevant procedures in compliance with the bank’s policy requirements.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills,Strong practical background in IT end user support,Applications support experience,Strong problem solving and research skills,Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills,Ability to adapt to a changing environment,Windows 2012/2016/2019 - configuring and support,Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of server application software,Administering MS SQL Server 2019, Oracle, basic knowledge,B2 application support (a very big plus), Unix, application support,BAT files creation and editing,Office 365,Understanding of networks and rules,Experience in banking is preferred,Should be ready to work overtime / on weekends,English level Upper-intermediate or higher,Strong team-player with a proactive attitude.
