What should be done?

• Communicate with internal customers and promptly resolve requests within the limits of the approved SLA;
• deal with the installation, dismantling, maintenance and repair of cash and office IT equipment, serve SCM and video surveillance systems;
• cooperate with subcontractors on issues of operation and maintenance of IT equipment, organize repairs at service centers centers;
• maintain communication channels at network facilities;
• work with guaranteed power supply systems: operation, maintenance;
• maintain level measurement systems fuel;
• carry out minor repair of printing service equipment, logistics of consumables;
• carry out local and remote configuration of office and specialized software;
• carry out accounting and movement control IT techniques.

What do we expect?

• higher technical education or practical work experience in this field;
• knowledge of Windows OS (confident user and above) and Linux (user and above);
• li>experience in IT equipment maintenance for cash/commercial purpose or small/medium-sized offices;
• experience in working with HelpDesk, ServiceDesk systems, accounting and equipment movement systems;
• understanding of the structure cable network systems, operation of cash register equipment and video surveillance systems;
• understanding of the OSI network model, principles of network and server infrastructure construction;
• desire for continuous development, ability to learn quickly, stress resistance, accuracy, Artaffordability;
• having your own car.
