Currently, the company is looking for a specialist for the position of IT&DigitalSpecialist to the department of information and technical support in connection with the increase in the volume of work.

We are looking for a person who has basic work experience as a system administrator or the only IT specialist in the company and who wants to develop in digital direction. This is a good opportunity to discover a new direction and gain valuable experience. It is important for us that a specialist can explain complex things in simple language to users and be part of a team.

We have certain requirements for candidates:

• Support experience (both locally and remotely) Windows-based users;
• English level - basic conversational;
• Experience with Figma (will be an advantage) or any other graphic editors;
• The ability to make a high-quality picture in a graphic editor, which can be used both for instructions and for promotional mailings;
• It is desirable to understand and work with cloud-based storages;
• Understanding how computer networks work;
• Knowledge of the basics of computer security;
• Skills in working with Google analytics and knowledge of website promotion technology will be an advantage.

  Duties provided by the position:

  • IT user support:
  1. Direct communication with by users and help in solving queries.
  2. Creating requests to the global support service.
  3. Setting up new jobs.
  4. Participating in the work and projects of the IT department.< /li>
  • Support in the development of Digital direction:
  1. Creation of draft layouts of designs (promotional images, graphic objects, etc.), work with site layouts.
  2. Participation in supporting the company's digital projects (work with suppliers, work with corporate systems, work with internal clients to collect requirements and resolve their requests related to this area).
  3. /ol>

     Division of duties 60/40%.
