IT Desktop Support Specialist (US) in VEC-UA

Working hours: 17:00 – 01:00 (Kyiv time)

VEC-UA is the official representative office of the American company VEC in Ukraine, dedicated to new technologies in the field of building information modeling (BIM). We are currently looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialistwho will help maintain the stable operation of the IT infrastructure and provide technical support to the company's employees.

We are open to different formats of cooperation - you can work remotely or choose one of our comfortable offices in Lviv, Dnipro or Kharkiv. All locations are equipped with backup power and a stable Internet connection to ensure your work remains efficient in all circumstances.

Important: work takes place in the evening shift to cover the US time zone.

Working schedule17:00 - 01:00 (in Kyiv)

Main responsibilities

IT Support

• Technical support of company employees

• Help with computer, software and access problems

• Working with IT tickets

• Installing programs and additional tools on employees' computers

• Consulting users on the use of IT infrastructure

Support for corporate services

• Administration and support:

  • Google Workspace

  • ClickUp

• Working with Windows computers

IT Infrastructure

• Monitoring the state of IT systems

• Help with setting up zero-touch deployment

• Working with management systems devices

Documentation

• Equipment accounting

• User access documentation

• Description of system configurations

Security

• Anti-virus settings

Requirements

• Experience IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support from 1-2 years

• Experience with:

  • Windows

  • Google Workspace

  • corporate messengers (Slack / Teams)

700">Intermediate+

Will be a plus

• experience with MDM / device management

• experience zero-touch deployment

• experience working with US teams
