IT Customer Support Specialist (fluent German) in Kyiv Strategy Consulting

The core task will be:

Provide the 1-level user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Support our users from our head office in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• 1st level support for hardware (notebooks, stand computers, mobile devices, printers),
• 1st level support for standard software, in-house developments, company-specific test software
• Comprehensive support in the area of MS Office products
• Entry, processing, maintenance & documentation of all inquiries via telephone / email / portal
• Administration and support for e-mail encryption Zertificon
• Configuration and operating support of mobile devices iPhone / iPad via the MDM system MobileIron
• Support of system administration in user administration
• Management and support of a cloud solution based on owncloud
• Forwarding of non-solvable faults to downstream support groups or service providers
• Maintenance of a knowledge base on incidents based on the ISMS system «Cherwell»

Skills required:

• Basic technical acumen 
• C1 level of German language (verbal/written)
• Experience in the area of customer support 
• Strong communication skills
