Our partner, a leading international company, is opening the vacancy of IT Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating day-to-day user requests and incidents related to back office systems such as ERP, HRM, and document flow.
• Gathering requirements from departments like Finance and HR, and translating them into clear IT tasks.
• Preparing technical specifications for developers or external vendors.
• Supporting the testing, implementation, and release of system updates.
• Providing clear documentation for users.
• Tracking issues, prioritizing fixes, and aiding in maintaining system stability.
General requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT coordination, application support, or business systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting/HR software (e.g., 1C, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• A basic understanding of data flows, API, and integrations, which is a plus.
• A responsible attitude, emotional resilience, and a keen attention to detail.
