Business Value:

The IT business partner plays a key role in bridging the gap between IT and Business. He acts as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring the harmonization of technological solutions, strategies and initiatives with the Bank's business goals.

Your future functionality:

• Provides technological leadership for business – introduces business to new technologies and trends in the field of IT;
• Interacts with business customers and acts as a link between Business and IT;
< li>Manages and coordinates the flow of business requests to IT, ensuring clear and effective communication (gathering, structuring, coordination and allocation);
• Builds and maintains relationships with key business stakeholders. Understands their unique needs and acts as an IT advisor;
• Collaborates with the Bank's stakeholders to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Translates them into "technical language" and informs IT;
• Manages initiatives to implement new technologies in business, advises business on key decisions and implementation deadlines;
• Contributes to compliance with Bank standards and accompanies the process change management for business initiatives;
• Participates in the selection of tools, technologies, solutions for building services and infrastructure;
• Controls compliance of IT services with business requirements and architectural principles;
• Escalates and communicates issues regarding the quality of IT services, level of support, functionality and usability of business applications.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in the field of business analysis;
• Understanding of architectural approaches;
• Knowledge of technologies and banking systems in the field of corporate/retail business;< /li>
• Proactivity in decision-making and the ability to take responsibility for the result;
• Skills of an organizer and driver aimed at business support;
• Ability to coordinate the actions of business and IT teams within the implementation of initiatives;
• Good communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and act as an intermediary between business
  teams and technology teams;
• Desirable experience in portfolio management projects/product launch.
