IT Business Analyst (HealthTech) in Omega-konsalting, OOO

Our company is part of the OpenPharma group of companies, website: https://openpharma.global/  We are developing a medical IT system that works with the central eHealth database of Ukraine. 

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be the owner of the requirements and integrations with eHealth/EHS and other external systems, and will also be responsible for finalizing and improving the functionality of the system in accordance with business requirements, ensuring their correct implementation in the product.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of work with requirements: from analysis regulations and business request to UAT and acceptance of the result.
• Definition of functional refinements of the system and control of their implementation together with the development team.
• Formalization of business and system requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories).
• Independent description of integration scenarios: requests, responses, errors, timeouts, repetitions.
• Interaction with development, QA, support and by external stakeholders.
• Analysis of integration logs and error codes, participation in incident analysis.
• Maintenance of current analytical and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of BA work experience, preferably in medical or regulatory domains.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP, status codes and errors.
• Practical experience of REST API, JSON, Postman.
• Jira / Confluence at a confident level.
• System thinking, attention to details.
• Constructive oral and written communication.
• Responsibility for the result and quality of integrations and internal improvements.

Experience of working with eHealth / EHS, state systems or other regulated domains, ?SQL at the SELECT level for data validation will be an advantage.

Working conditions:

Working hours - 09:00-18:00, Saturday-Sunday - weekend. The form of work (remote, hybrid, in the office) is discussed.
