IT Business Analyst (1C/ERP) in Frankl Sense Management

For our client, a leading international insurance company, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst (1C/ERP).  If you aspire to work in a dynamic field, where deep analytical knowledge and practical experience are combined, we invite you to become part of the Ukrainian office of a large international group of companies.

What will be part of your responsibilities:

• Analysis of the company's business processes with an emphasis on the implementation and optimization of solutions in 1C.
• Collection, formalization and documentation of requirements for information systems.
• Cooperation with developers, testers and users to ensure the quality implementation of projects.
• Support for the implementation and development of 1C solutions, trainings and consulting for personnel.
• Monitoring the performance of systems and preparing recommendations for their improvement.
• Participation in the development of technical documentation and reporting.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education and 5 years of experience working as a business analyst with the 1C system.
• Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to systematically analyze them.
• Confident command of 1C and knowledge of the specifics of system implementation and support.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work with various stakeholders and conduct negotiations.
• Orientation on the result and the desire to constantly improve processes.
• Responsibility, attention to details and the desire to develop together with the company.
