IT Administrator

• System Maintenance: Regularly updating, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Setting up user accounts in the system environment

• Efficient Operations: Developing and implementing internal IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Effectively planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of internal IT projects within scope, time and budget. Contributing to the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, enhancing overall organizational and cost efficiency. Identifying and mitigating internal IT-related risks to protect the organization's interests 

• IT-, Cyber- and Data Security: Contributing to maintaining the integrity and security of organizational data; assuring authentication, authorization, auditability, confidentiality, and availability of systems and data. Assure compliance with company policies, IT-, Cyber-, and Data Security standards and regulations

• Business continuity: designing and implementing backup/restore strategy; planning and implementing disaster recovery measures assuring target BCP metrics. Timely resolution of issues, minimizing disruptions and downtime.

• Technical Support: Providing assistance to end-users for hardware-, software-, cloud-and network-related issues. Identifying and resolving technical problems. Analyze and troubleshoot complex IT issues across Microsoft, Linux, and Apple OS environments

• User Training and Productivity: Conducting training sessions to enhance the IT proficiency and productivity of end-users through effective support. Collaborating with Office Stream on IT assets management.  

• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of IT systems, configurations, and issue resolutions; defining and reporting relevant operational KPIs to the Advisory board

• Adaptability: staying updated with emerging technologies and adapting to changing IT landscapes. Fostering a culture of innovation within internal IT, leveraging technology for strategic advantage 

• Collaboration: Successful collaboration within a team and effective communication with colleagues. Identifying and coordinating interactions with third parties such as cloud services, IT services, hardware, licenses providers etc. Building and maintaining trust with stakeholders through effective internal IT governance and management. Effective communication of internal IT strategies, policies, and objectives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
