| Key Tasks:

Conducting an internal audit of the SUIT system as a mandatory requirement for confirmation risks.

• Internal Audit function : providing planning, conducting and documenting internal audits of IT services management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 20000-1: 2018. Updating and implementing the risk assessment methodology, analyzing the impact of risks on business, determining criticality and forming reporting. • Function of staff training and advanced training : planning and conducting exercises for all employees involved, including ITIL, with subsequent control of knowledge and performance. You are our candidate, if you have:
  • Experience and Certificates required for Audits by ISO 20001 -2018
