The role of the candidate will be to develop, plan and maintain the financial health of the company. Implementation of commercial strategies, attracting partners for both the company's products and the agency's social projects.

This position will require the candidate to have an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as strong financial and marketing management skills, organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills with the first individuals from both Ukrainian and international companies.

It is desirable to have experience working with international partners, as well as experience in attracting grants.

More details:

• Conducting an investor search strategy, analytical and organizational work;
• Conducting investment campaigns, as well as conferences on financial results;
• Preparation for investors of various financial documentation;
• Conducting personal meetings and negotiations with representatives of investment communities;
• Communication and maintenance of relations with analysts, investment companies and banks, rating agencies;
• Support and establishment of contacts with partners, including financial, communication and marketing aspects;
• Conducting analytical studies about the company's activities on the market, as well as the activities of competitors;
• Development and implementation of the company's revenue growth strategy; 
• Development and responsibility for indicators reflecting business goals.

Profile requirements:

• Relevant education: financial, economic, legal ;
• Financial management – ​​setting financial goals for the project and ensuring that business operations remain within budgets. Ability to demonstrate cases that have been implemented over the last 4 crisis years;
• Experience of working in the banking business, investment environment;
• Experience of implementing new products/projects;
• li>Experience of working with international partners on the Ukrainian market;
• Excellent economic literacy. Business erudition;
• Public relations in investment topics;
• Analytical abilities to assess financial risks and results;
• High level of communication skills;

• Understanding global economic and political problems; 
• Knowledge of legislation;
• Ability to competently convey your thoughts to others;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information, primarily financial;
• Free ownership in English (knowledge of other languages ​​is a big plus).
