• take care of users IQOS: advise on products and services, solve problems, help with purchases; 
• interact through incoming and outgoing calls and chats;

• lives in Zhytomyr or the suburbs and wants to work remotely;
• Lives in Kyiv and wants to work in an office;
• polite, intelligent, kind to people, open to dialogue;
• is not afraid of stressful situations and is ready to solve the problem quickly, but carefully;
• communicates fluently in Ukrainian (foreigners will be an advantage!);
