Hiring process:
Introduction and technical meeting.
What we offer specifically for this role:
• maximum involvement in the development of the selected strategic direction Ride-hailing, through which more than 4 million trips are made per month
• participate in the development of the flagship application Uklon Driver App
• minimum boilerplate due to code generation
• integration with the server according to the API-first approach for synchronous and asynchronous communication channel
• the opportunity to directly influence the development vector of a well-known product
• regularly receive feedback from users

How exactly can you influence company development:
• develop new functionality and maintain existing
• analyze the causes and find solutions to production incidents
• participate in team code reviews
• directly influence team metrics
• participate in the discussion and evaluation of future tasks to be performed, their decomposition
• get involved in managing the technical backlog
• influence and get involved in technical innovations
• have a desire to exchange expertise, and, if necessary, mentoring teammates
Challenges for three months:
• team adaptation
• mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company
• development of new functionality in the expected terms
• participate in the development of functional/non-functional requirements within the framework of initiatives
• participate in the evaluation of initiatives with Team Lead
To achieve results, you will need:
• from 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer
• experience writing markup in UIKit with code, SwiftUI
• reactive programming (Combine)
• experience and desire to write unit tests
• experience working with code in a team (gitflow, code review), and working with version control systems< br/>• experience working on a product with a large number of active users (gathering analytics, application stability metrics, conducting A/B testing)
• confident understanding and use of OOP principles and SOLID
How do you regulate your working hours?
• can plan your own work schedule, however, to be effective,
we havemandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your day birth as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
How will you pump your skills in Uklon?
• internal trainings, workshops, hackathons, knowledge sharing, etc.
• corporate training
• corporate library and subscriptions to information resources
• attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
