Requirements:
- Higher or incomplete higher education
- A confident PC user.
- English language at B1 level and above.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly understand new processes.
- High responsibility and the ability to bring things to a result.
- Attention to details and accuracy in work.
- Communication and the ability to establish effective interaction.
- Willingness to work in a team and support team results.
Responsibilities:
- interaction withand companies by exchanging information in global distribution systems (GDS);
- informing customers about changes in flight schedules and providing further support in processing their requests for refunds or reissuance of air tickets;
- communication with partners (oral and written);
- cross-functional interaction with other divisions companies.
