Build and manage the investor funnel: Identify relevant defense tech investors both in Ukraine and internationally. Create and manage the investor pipeline. Establish the KYC (Know Your Customer ) process. Develop a continuous engagement strategy with investors for Defense Builder's activities and the batch teams, as well as partner teams. Invite and ensure investor participation at Defense Builder events: Intro Day, Demo Day, Hackathon, Pitch Sessions, 1-on- 1 Meetings, MeetupsCollect and analyze investor inquiries. Mentor teams on Investor Relations matters. Prepare monthly investor updates on team progress to actively engage investors. Occasionally refine financial models of the teams. Qualifications: English: Advanced level (minimum B2 - C1). Experience working with investors. Experience in Big4, investment divisions in IT, FMCG investment divisions, Private Equity, Family Offices, etc. Passion for networking and working with startups. Ability to work outside regular hours (communication with investors in the US may occur in the evening).Understanding of Defense Tech ecosystem is a plus.Defence Builder is a Ukrainian accelerator for defense startups, with a mission to create conditions for the development of the country's defense sector through training new teams, combining defense and business expertise.
