The manager's remuneration is defined as a share of the income from investments raised by the manager. The package of investments attracted by the manager is accumulative, as is the manager's remuneration. The planned indicator of achieving the manager's reward in the amount of $2000 is three months, in the future, the level of the manager's reward is limited only by his individual capabilities. The manager's remuneration for the period of achievement of planned indicators is discussed individually, taking into account the vision of the manager himself and his plans.
