• Fluency in English from level B2;
• High communication skills;

• Comprehension of native speakers for communication with foreign partners;

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers by phone and email;

• Zcan provide clients with advice on the company's services and regulations;

• Resolving and tracking various customer issues and requests;

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
