Investment planning engineer in lifecell

We are looking for an Investment Planning Engineer to join our lifecell team - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies, an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Area of ​​responsibility of the position: Planning activities for deployment of the access network, calculation of network capacity, creation of purchase orders. Preparation of RFP and technical parts of contracts. Budget planning, periodic review and reporting. Planning a long-term network deployment strategy, communication with equipment manufacturers, procurement department and internal customers. Functional responsibilities High-level radio network planning: planning the number of sites, number and types of transmitters/carriers, site infrastructure Transport network planning - planning the number of TCP sites, the number of RRL flights, planning of trunk network needs. Annual preparation of AOP data based on company goals. Monthly BE preparation and support. Follow up on financial commitments and AWP, execution of access network budget, monitoring and reporting.
