• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Have developed communication skills and know how to confidently present ideas.
• Have strong analytical skills and know how to structure information.
• Have experience in preparing grant applications and/or investment projects (this will be an advantage).
• You work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work effectively in conditions of high intensity and multitasking.
• You are an independent, proactive and result-oriented person.

Your main tasks will be:

• Preparation of grant applications (full cycle): analysis of requirements, formation of project descriptions, logic models, budgets and submission support.
• Structuring of investment and grant projects: formation of goals, tasks, KPIs, road maps and Work Packages.
• Presentation and "sale" of projects to international donors and investors: preparation of presentations, pitch deck, participation in meetings and negotiations.
• Administration of grant projects that implemented by the company: control of deadlines, implementation of activities, preparation of technical and financial reports.
• Coordination of the work of internal teams (finance, technical unit, legal department, procurement) and external partners.
• Preparation of high-quality presentation materials (PowerPoint).
• Collection, analysis and structuring of information, preparation of analytical references and justifications.
• Problem?solving: solving complex tasks, finding alternative solutions, working with uncertainty.
