Investment manager in Black Sea Hotel Group

We, the financial company "Finansovo-Credit Supermarket", are looking for a qualifiedInvestment Manager who will be responsible for finding and attracting investors for the development of our projects . Your role will be to build long-term relationships with investors, create attractive investment proposals and negotiate to secure financing for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of investment attraction strategies.
• Search for new potential investors, maintaining relations with existing ones.
• Preparation of investment presentations, business plans, analytical reports.
• Conducting meetings and negotiations with investors.

• Evaluation of investment proposals and preparation of proposals for investors.
• Cooperation with legal and financial teams to conclude investment agreements.
• Market monitoring and analysis of investment opportunities.
• li>Participation in exhibitions, forums and other events to establish contacts with investors.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep understanding of the investment process and market trends.
• Ability to create presentations and analytical reports for investors.
• Excellent negotiation and business relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to assess risks and opportunities.
• High level of responsibility and results orientation.
• Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at B2 level and above is desirable.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in financial or investment analytics.
• Knowledge of additional languages ​​(German, French, etc.).
