Investment & Growth Analyst in Genesis

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founded IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-game applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs of Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the USA, Europe and Africa. As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are being developed in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D. We are currently looking for an Investment & Growth Analyst to join the team. Your tasks will be: close work with top managers of internal divisions and their analytical support; analysis markets, niches, companies and external projects; search and analysis of potential company opportunities; preparation of analytical and informational releases for presentation and visualization in PowerPoint/Excel; optimization of business processes in various divisions of the company. What we expect from you: 1-3 years of general work experience in the financial/investment spheres, FMCG, strategic consulting companies; demonstrated analytical skills for conducting market research, financial modeling, etc.; dedication to work and proven experience in completing tasks; successful experience in implementing projects from scratch; experience and exceptional skills in conducting research, reporting and visualization of informative and attractive presentations; ability to work effectively with C-level people in the company; ability to effectively communicate complex ideas - both orally and in writing (Ukrainian/English); ability to work in a team; problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills ;genuine interest in the IT industry, Private Equity & Venture Capital;quick learner.Will be a plus:be a KSE graduate with proven achievements;experience in financial and operational due diligence;experience in drafting legal investment documents.Genesis is a unique place for development and growth:our the company is built on the ability to find the best people and create unique conditions for them; good remuneration, which allows you to focus on the development of the company and professional growth; a strong and enthusiastic team - you will have the opportunity to share knowledge, learn and develop professionally.
