Functional responsibilities:

• Analysis of financial information; Construction and modification of financial models for making investment decisions (IRR, NPV, DPB, RoI); 
• Financial due diligence (audit) of companies - objects for investment;
• Estimation of business value for making investment decisions; 
• Recommendations regarding the expediency of investment agreements and other conditions for the purchase and sale of assets; 
• Collection and analysis of financial report data; 
• Assessment of financial risks; 
• Analysis of global macroeconomic trends; 
• Analysis of global, regional and local industry trends;
• Market research of relevant goods, works or services (competitors, consumers, clients, products and their value for consumers); 
• Selection and analysis of economic and financial periodicals.

Requirements for candidates:

• Economic or financial education (diploma from a foreign university in addition to a diploma from a Ukrainian university - is considered an advantage); 
• Certificates: CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) or CIIA (Certified International Investment Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) - considered an advantage; 
• Work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years.
