Investment analyst (Junior level) in Bankivska bezpeka - autsorsing, TOV

Key requirements:

• University degree (economics, math, finance)
• Work experience in a similar position will be an advantage
• Proficient MS Excel user (Power BI, SQL, Access will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of basic reporting forms: Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow
• Understanding of analysis and forecasting methods
• Spoken English, Intermediate and above
• Analytical type of thinking
• Good communication skills
• Proactive approach to work

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the process of buying new resorts or companies
•  Supporting acquired projects with managing investment analysis on selected resorts in company portfolio (from the point of acquisition to the sale of the property)
•  Communicating with other departments and figuring out financial aspects of investment projects to ensure the investment plan is correct and communicated properly with different project stake holders
• Analysis of the main forms of reporting and dynamics of the respective companies
• Creation of a financial model of the project, consideration of various options for the development of actions and the formation of several probable scenarios
• Financial and economic analysis of the implementation of the company's current projects
• Detailed calculations on the distribution of funds
• Various financial and analytical tasks including data analysis, research, digging into contracts - everything needed to understand the investment project and produce investment analysis
