of organizational development, work on collecting and analyzing the results of the Development program of the Ukrainian Red Cross, systematizing the collected data and providing reporting to partners (in English).
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the planning of the department's activities and its regular (quarterly, half-yearly, annual) analysis;
- Monthly planning of tasks and evaluation of the performance of the previous month's tasks;
- Organization of work in Microsoft 365 (daily planning, tracking of tasks, reporting);
- Maintenance of document databases on organizational development and volunteer management;
- Collection, preparation and generation of reports for projects and programs, to partners, general and annual regarding organizational development and capacity building;
- Collection of monthly, quarterly, annual reports to track the dynamics of the activities of local organizations (hereinafter MO) (filling out the Profile) within the framework of organizational development programs and volunteer management;
- Organization and conducting (as a facilitator) events for self-assessment of organizational potential for the Ministry of Education according to planning;
- Assistance in drawing up planning in the Ministry of Education and tracking its implementation within the framework of programs with organizational development and volunteer management;
- Organization, consultative and methodological support for carrying out a needs assessment according to the Template in the Ministry of Defense within the framework of programs on organizational development and volunteer management;
- Remote support of the Ministry of Defense according to their requests, referral to relevant specialists within the framework of organizational development and volunteer management programs;
- Conducting monitoring visits to the MoD within the framework of organizational development and volunteer management programs and according to management orders;
- Participation in the organization and conducting national and regionaltheir events, forums on organizational development and volunteer management;
- Organization of regular online meetings for the MoD as part of programs on organizational development and volunteer management;
- Organization and holding of thematic, informational events, sessions and trainings according to various profiles (such as KBDB (SAF), volunteer management, introductory course, etc.) according to planning and requests;
- Integration and adaptation of MO development tools taking into account KBDB (SAF) approaches;
- Sending thematic letters by e-mail to the Ministry of Defense;
- Promoting the use of methodological tools for organizational development, volunteer management and resource mobilization among the Ministry of Defense;
- Mentoring and comprehensive support of specialists on the development of organizations and volunteering and youth at the local and regional levels;
- Ensuring high-quality and timely maintenance of registers of permanent and spontaneous volunteers, accounting of volunteer hours, other documentation related to the administration of volunteers' work by specialists in the development of organizations and volunteering and youth;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of specialists in the development of organizations and volunteering and youth, leaders of volunteers and teams of organizations.
- Collection and analysis of interim and final reports on organizational development and volunteer management from specialists for the development of organizations and volunteering and youth and/or volunteer leaders, heads of local organizations.
- Ensuring the implementation of the principles of caring for caregivers and self-care in all areas of volunteer activity of the organization, ensures the implementation of the care system for caregivers necessary for the organization and self-care training for the organization's team.
Additional duties:
- Participation in the development of policies and strategies of the Society;
- Participation in national or regional volunteer events;
- Execution of management assignments regarding the organizational development of TCHHU;
- Performance of the duties of the head of the department during his absence.

Requirements:
- Higher education will be an advantage
- Work experience in the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, other non-profit organizations in the social sector and government institutions and organizations in the social sector will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to change
- Using Microsoft tools and programs
- Writing narrative/descriptive reports

- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a professional level
- Proficiency in English at the B1 level+
