1. Ensuring the organization and control of the provision of rehabilitation services, which will be provided by Mobile Rehabilitation Teams
2. Participation in planning, implementation of work targets, their list, compliance control, coordination of interregional specialists , provision/formation of reporting.
3. Ensuring the organization and control of the work of regional coordinators, MRC employees.
4. Control of rehabilitation activities in communities, their compliance with international standards and recommendations. 
5. Participation in the development of new and adaptation (modernization) of existing algorithms/instructions/recommendations/SOPs for employees, volunteers as part of the organization of rehabilitation services, joint development of methodology and protocols with partners.
6. Ensuring the proper and timely performance of assigned tasks.
7. Providing relevant information and explanations to other structural units, partners on issues related to the rehabilitation project within the Ukrainian Red Cross and partners in the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement.

1. Control of project implementation, monitoring and reporting at all stages, training and ensuring it according to quality standards.

1. Regular monitoring visits to regional and local organizations to monitor the quality of programs, provide feedback and technical support to regional workers and volunteers.

Requirements:

1. Higher education (bachelor's degree and above) in the direction of management,health care,
2. It will be an advantage personal experience of working in humanitarian/international organizations
3. Readiness for regular business trips
4. Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage)
5. Experience in the implementation, coordination and management of humanitarian projects
6. Understanding all stagesproject cycle
7. Understanding the basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects. 
8. Experience in communication with different categories of people, team management, tact and diplomacy, the ability to get out of a difficult situation. 
9. High level of adaptability, attentiveness, analytical skills, stress resistance.
10. Ability to make decisions independently.
11. Developed organizational, executive and communication skills, as well as stress- management 
12. Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross
13. Excellent skills in working with Microsoft 365 (Excel. Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
