About the course:

In this course, we train technical support specialists in a food B2B company. The course is free, because as a result of it, we plan to take the best students to work at Ringostat.

Many people think that only programmers work and earn in IT , but it is not so. On average, more than 50% of employees of almost any product IT company are NOT technical specialists (support, sales, marketing specialist, etc.).

On the course, we will also prove and show that Support is not a temporary job, but a prestigious, interesting and highly paid profession that requires serious skills, abilities and responsibility for the result. b>Your skills:

1. Desire to become a Technical Support Specialist at Ringostat and develop in IT.

2. Possession of a PC at the level of a confident user.

3. Responsibility and sociability.

4. Knowledge of the English language is welcome, but not mandatory (there is an additional fee for knowledge of languages).

1. Providing technical support to Ringostat customers.

2. Diagnosing and solving problems with telephony and analytics.

3. Work with the ticket system and CRM.

4. Participation in improving the quality of customer service.
