Internship/practice (Recruiter. HR) in EWL Partners

We invite people who want to gain experience and learn a new specialty - Recruiter (HR) on a practical training program with the possibility of employment.

The duration of the program is 2 weeks. 

As part of the program, we teach:

1) Main aspects of recruiting

2) Personnel search methods

3) Basics of sales

4) Main sources of candidates

5) Recruiter work technology

6) Analysis of detailed vacancies

7) Practical work

In case of successful passing and completion of the tests, the position of junior recruiter will be offered

Responsibilities:

• processing of the incoming flow of customers from all over Ukraine (hot calls) li>
• making calls to clients according to priorities: identifying needs, presenting available vacancies, processing objections;
• written communication with clients in messengers;
• communication with company partners regarding available vacancies;
• repeated contacts with clients who do not communicate;
• participation in meetings and coordination; li>fixing clients on the robot platform;
• fulfillment of sales department regulations.
