Required? experience and skills (preferred):

?  Minimal? practical? experience in forming products from fiberglass or other composite materials will be an advantage.

?  Understanding the basic principles of working with composites (resins, fabrics, matrices).

?  Hand tool skills.

?  Accuracy, attention to detail?, responsibility.

?  Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

?  Preferably, the ability to read drawings, technical diagrams and specifications?.

?  Willingness to work with materials that require the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with production safety standards.                               

Responsibilities:

?  Preparation of forms, equipment and materials for the forming process. 

?  Openings? and laying fiberglass / composite materials in forms.  

?  Preparation and application of resins and binding materials.

?  Formation of details? manual method? calculations 

?  Vacuuming products

?  Quality control of formed details? 

?  Trimming, primary processing and preparation of products for further stages.

?  Adherence to technological processes and production standards.

?  Basic management? production? reporting.
