Internet marketer (PR, marketing) in DIGITALIST

We are looking for a talented Internet marketer to work on the promotion of our internal projects in the following areas:

• Hotel and restaurant business: the "Karpaty Slavsko" complex and the "Antikvarka" restaurant.
• Social initiatives: NGO "The idea of ​​the city", "School of self-defense warriors".
• Media: radio station "Duzhe Radio" and the future "Fem-FM".
• Education: STEM school "Cambridge in Lviv".
• Digital marketing : Digitalist and Artist Web Studio.
• Military Initiatives: Recruiting of the 5th Tank Brigade.

What you will to do:

1. Development of marketing strategies: creation of promotion plans for each project taking into account their features.
2. Working with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (technical setup, hypothesis testing).
3. Working with content: creation of advertising creatives and coordination of contractors (designers, copywriters, videographers).
4. SMM: management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok pages, creating a strategy for Telegram channels.
5. SEO and web analytics : optimization of sites and landing pages to improve organic traffic.
6. Coordination of events: support of the marketing part of festivals, events, concerts in "Karpaty Slavsko".
7. Info drives: launch of webinars, integration of brands into events and creation of special promotions.
8. Interaction with CRM systems: working in Worksection, integrating marketing automation, creating chatbots.
9. Hypothesis testing: creating quick landing pages and running A/B tests to test new ideas.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an Internet marketer (from 2 years).
< li>Proficient knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them.
• Experience in working with creatives: writing offers, testing formats, cooperation with designers.
• Knowledge of the basics of SEO, SMM, marketing in TikTok and Instagram.
• Desirable: experience with marketing tools (SendPulse, Smart Sender, CRM systems).
