What is needed:

• higher specialized education

• 3 years of work experience as a marketer in the B2B field

• management skills and analytics of advertising campaigns, skills in working with site designers

• ownership of general office and specialized software: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, etc., skills in copywriting, SMM, SEO, general understanding of social media algorithms networks and search engines

• organization and ability to manage your working time

• excellent analytical skills and strategy experience

Tasks:

• creating and implementing a marketing strategy

• competitor market analysis, finding new channels for attracting customers

project-wise: development of a new concept for the company website - choosing a platform, setting technical tasks and monitoring contractors

• further regular administration of the website and company accounts in social networks

• organization of marketing campaigns and activities (advertising, promotions, loyalty program, etc.) — budgeting, launch, optimization, performance analysis, reporting

• participation in professional filming of completed projects for the portfolio, organization of joint events with clients and partners, discount programs, participation in exhibitions, etc.
