There is a strategy, a team (SMM manager, Sales Manager), a contact base, 280+ completed projects for cases, an advertising budget.
We need a person who will build a lead generation system: paid advertising, analytics, conversion landings, email marketing.
Responsibilities: first 90 days
Week 1–2 > Analytics from scratch
- GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tags for 2 sites
- Dashboard for CEO: leads, sources, conversion
- Lead tracking connection > Kommo CRM
Week 2–4 > Paid Media
- Facebook/Instagram Ads (UA market, budget from the company)
- Google Ads UA (search)
- Lead forms, WhatsApp integration, retargeting
Week 3–6 > Landings for advertising
- There are sites, but separate landing pages are needed for advertising - for a specific audience and offer
- Minimum 1 conversion landing (goal >3%)
- Design of advertising creatives (banners, cards, carousel)
Month 2-3 > Optimization and scaling
- A/B tests of creatives and audiences
- Scaling what works, disconnecting what doesn’t
- Designing 3-5 cases from real projects (280+ - there are many to choose from)
- Google Ads EN/DE for the export market
Perspective (6+ months): SEO, LinkedIn Ads B2B, email funnels, videos with the CEO, formation of the marketing department.
KPI
- Ms. 1-2: advertising campaigns launched, 10+ leads/month, baseline CPL defined
- Mon. 3: 15-25 leads/month, CPL optimized, ROAS >3x
- Mon. 6+: marketing as a system with predicted CAC
Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years of performance marketing with hands in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (cases with CPL, leads, ROI - mandatory)
- Creation of landing pages (Tilda, Webflow or similar)
- Basic design of advertising creatives (Canva, Figma)
- GA4 - setting up from scratch and reading data
- Experience in high-ticket B2C (real estate, construction, premium) or a similar niche
- Email marketing
- Analytical thinking: numbers > intuition
- Independence without micromanagement
- Active use of AI tools at work (ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, Gemini, etc.) — content generation, analytics, creatives, routine automation
Nice to have (the main bonus for growth to CMO):
- EN/DE language — for the EU market
- SEO
- CRM (Kommo or similar)
What is NOT included in your responsibilities:
- SMM content, stories, posts - this is done by the SMM manager
- Cold outreach B2B Europe - the task of the Sales Manager
- Complex video editing - we involve freelancers
Compensation and conditions
- Salary: depends on experience
- Bonus: fixed for a qualified lead or % of the media budget
- Real income as a result: 50–100K+ UAH/month
