Your main task at position of a digital marketer — development of the company's strategy and development plans in Internet channels.

Working conditions:

• Rate 35,000 UAH + KPI for the implementation of marketing strategy tasks and the implementation of the plan based on the number of leads (average income will be 40-45 thousand UAH);
• Comfortable remote 5 full-time working week, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Experience of working with subcontractors;
• Ability to set tasks, manage them and control the quality of execution ;
• Working with web analytics, checking its settings;
• You have knowledge of promotion tools: - Google Analytics; - Facebook Business Manager / Ads Manager;
• Practical experience of launching targeted and contextual advertising;
• Conducted a competitive analysis and can identify tasks from it;
• Analysis of advertising campaignsand creatives;
• Development of a traffic strategy for paid traffic channels;
• Ability to create and analyze CJM (Customer Journey Map);
• You have experience working with a CRM system ;
• Proficiency in English at the B1 level;
• You understand the key performance indicators of the marketing department, you know how to count them and influence them.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the implementation of tasks related to the company's marketing strategy;
• Formation of strategies for the development of the company in Internet channels, in particular on Instagram, on marketplaces, and through the website.
• Ensuring the relevance of content in social networks, on the website, in advertising and POS materials, which reflects the values ​​and offers of the company.
• Control over the relevance of information, setting tasks for the SMM manager, technical specialist, designer.< /li>
• Planning and implementation of promotions and promotional campaigns to attract targeted traffic.
• Working with contractors (if necessary) - looking for them, drawing up terms of reference, monitoring work;
• Analyze potential markets, competitors and draw up an action plan based on the analysis;
• Correct reporting.
