International Sales Manager (remote)

AGENCY-VR (Poland) is an international recruiting company that unites agencies from the countries of the East, Africa and Asia. We help people from poorer regions get a job in the EU, and companies get a steady flow of candidates.

We are currently looking for a international sales manager with B2+ English level, who knows how to convince, build trust and achieve results.

Main tasks:

• Search for recruiting agencies and intermediaries in Eastern countries (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Africa, Central Asia).

• Negotiations, presentation of terms of cooperation and signing of contracts.

• Leading partners to the result — minimum 5 candidates per month (from any agencies).

• Working with advertisements, databases, social networks, professional forums.

Terms:

• Fixed rate:
  ? UAH 10,000 + 10% of net profit at ?5 candidates/month.
  ? UAH 15,000 + 10% for ?10 candidates.
  ? UAH 15,000 + 15% for ?20 candidates.

• Payments are made only based on the result — if there were no candidates and deals in a month, the fixed fee is not charged.

• Format: remote work, schedule 08:00–15:00 (Mon–Fri, outside Kyiv).

• If an agency, which you attracted, supplies 100+ people every month - the plan is automatically fulfilled.

We are looking for:

• A person with English not lower than B2, who confidently conducts negotiations.

• Independent, persistent, responsible - not a "salary expectant", but a hunter result.

• Experience in sales, recruiting, international communications will be an advantage.
