Main duties: 

• Management of the full cycle of personnel selection and recruitment: preparation of the vacancy profile, search for candidates, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates, formation of job offers, participation in the adaptation of new employees
• Maintenance of the candidate database, formation of a reserve of external candidates
• Organization of work to attract young specialists from specialized universities
• Monitoring the efficiency of personnel recruitment based on analytics
• Monitoring of the local labor market and wages
• Preparation of internal reporting.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, work experience from 1 year in a similar position (preferably in the field of Retail, FMCG)
• Experience in searching and recruiting for middle-level personnel positions
• Ability to compile a candidate profile, develop a search and evaluation strategy search engines
• Skills in using various search methods and channels
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; programs MicrosoftExcel.
