International Lawyer Київ Weare seeking anexperienced lawyer tojoin our legal team toassist with international contracts, corporate structuring and taxation matters. The successful candidate will beresponsible for drafting and reviewing international contracts, negotiating terms, support opening bank accounts and provide legal advice tointernal teams oncontractual obligations, risks, and opportunities. Main responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, onawide range oflegal issues, but with amain focus onsoftware license agreement. Analyze and interpret contract terms and provisions and provide legal advice tointernal teams oncontractual obligations, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, toensure contracts and agreements are incompliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Legal research oflegislation ofvarious jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA), constant monitoring ofchanges inlegislation applicable tothe company and provide guidance tointernal teams asneeded. Setting uplegal entities abroad and inUkraine, and opening accounts inforeign banks, pass the KYCprocedures. Work closely with external contractors asneeded. Requirements: 2+years ofprofessional experience inasacommercial lawyer inatop-tier Ukrainian law firm. Speak and write inEnglish, atleast atthe upper intermediate level. In-depth knowledge ofcontract writing and understanding ofthe basic concepts intaxation Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability tomanage multiple tasks and meet deadlines inafast-paced environment. Strong attention todetails and ability towork independently and aspart ofateam.
