The mission of the "Children of Heroes" charitable foundation is to pay tribute to Ukrainians who lost their lives due to Russian aggression, and we strive to give their children the opportunity to grow and develop. Our task is to create a favorable environment for them, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a bright future for themselves and for Ukraine.

We have an open position of International Development & Advocacy Manager, work is remote, but requires presence in Kyiv.

Identification of relevant points of contact for further interaction or partnership.Preparation of recommendations regarding the priority of contacts and partners for the active phase of cooperation.Support of the department in the development and implementation of cultural and social diplomacy activities in Ukraine and abroad.Advocacy activitiesParticipation in the development and implementation of the Foundation’s advocacy strategy at the national level and international levels.Preparation of official letters, position papers, analytical materials for partners, governmental and international organizations.Ensuring coordination with key institutions to support legislative or strategic initiatives protecting the rights of children.Communications and analyticsPreparation and update of presentations for different categories of partners.Preparation press materials for publications, texts and visual content for SMM and PR.Preparation of reports for internal and external use.Collaboration with other departments on analytics, data collection and preparation of information materials.Requirements:
- Experience in developing international partnerships, fundraising or advocacy.
- Knowledge international and Ukrainian mechanisms for the protection of children's rights, humanitarian and social policy will be an advantage.
- Fluent command of the English language, preferably experience of communication with international institutions.
- High level of organizational skills, ability to work on several projects at the same time.
