Now we are looking for an International Accounting & Taxes Manager. If you are a professional with a high level of competence in financial and tax accounting for companies with different jurisdictions around the world, we invite you to become part of our finance department. You will be one of the key team members who strengthen the finance department and contribute to the development of our International Accounting & Taxes function. ❓ What tasks will you need to do? Daily accounting in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP for legal entities, execution of procedures for closing the reporting period; Preparation of financial reporting of foreign structures on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually); Preparation of reports for submission to tax authorities and other authorities in certain jurisdictions; Coordination of the work process of external providers of accounting services in different jurisdictions; Support of the Group's external audit, collection and provision of all necessary information in accordance with audit requests and procedures, protection of audit results and reaching positive conclusions; Development of accounting policy in accordance with accounting legislation based on the specifics of business conditions; Tracking and analysis of changes in tax legislation in the territories where the Group is represented, search for better ways of accounting and tax accounting; Creation of an accounting policy in accordance with a comprehensive analysis of taxation and compliance in new territories where the company is considering the possibility of working; Monitoring of tax legislation on CIC and control over Group operations; Automation of reporting processes; Management of a team of accountants. 🔎 What we expect from you ?Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related field; 5+ years of experience in a similar hands-on position with in-depth knowledge of accounting, preferably in the IT industry (Big6 experience would be an advantage); Competency in practices and procedures accounting, including IFRS/ US GAAP and other regulatory reporting standards; Deep knowledge of international taxes (VAT, CIT, WHT, GST, etc); Knowledge and experience of working with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP etc.);High proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets;Knowledge of financial reporting/auditing (international qualifications such as CAP/CIPA, ACCA, DipIFR (completed or in progress) would be an advantage). English language — Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate level (sufficient for oral and written communication).
