UPG is a gas station network that is actively expanding across Ukraine. We are building a new model of technical support and Service Desk and are looking for a first line specialist.
This is an entry-level position in IT with real professional development to L2. You will influence the stability of a network that operates 24/7.
What skills will be useful:
- Minimum experience in IT or technical support
- Basic understanding of PC and networks
- Logical thinking (ability to see cause and effect relationships)
- Communication and responsibility
- Resistance to stress
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Tasks you will need to work on:
- Receiving requests from gas stations and the office
- Fixing incidents in the system
- Basic diagnostics of technical problems (remotely)
- Working with internal instructions
- Escalation of complex cases on L2
Will be a plus:
- Experience of working in support or call center
- Experience of working with ticket systems
- Understanding the principles of network operation (IP, Internet, peripherals)
