This role involves prompt response to colleagues' requests, assistance in the development of functionality, solving technical issues and maintaining the smooth operation of systems within the internal business processes. Key responsibilities:
- Provision of CRM Hubspot and skillfully
- Solving technical problems, setting up workflows, finding causes needs)
- Preparing short instructions/guides for a corporate knowledge database
- Optimization of settings for selling or accounting department
- involvement in internal projections related to automation and integration of systems
Required technical skills: -
- CRM-Systems Experience (Ideal-Hubspot)
- Understanding Business Processes of Sales and Finance (Sayles Commands, Accounts, Acts, Reporting)
- Basic understanding of integration, API
- Excel/Google Sheets-at a confident level
