Open position: Internal Support Service Administrator!

Requirements:< /b>

• Experience as a system administrator;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience with CRM, HelpDesk, monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.), cloud solutions, data centers;
• Ready to take students without work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment, software and network equipment;
• Providing advice on the use of internal systems and programs, fast processing of first-line applications;< /li>
• System administration;
• Creating and maintaining user accounts, providing access to the necessary resources;
• Development and updating of instructions and reference information for users;
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of IT equipment;
• Restoration of systems after equipment failures;< /li>
• Support and configuration of peripheral equipment (printers, POS, POS terminals).
