Our goal is to create an intellectual foundation for a strong, innovative economy of Ukraine through education, research, entrepreneurship and social responsibility.

We are looking for an internal communications specialist who will help support systemic interaction for 730+ colleagues in 10 functional areas of KSE, develop channels and formats, prepare content and meaningful events that gather people around a common mission and values.

Your area of responsibility will be:
  • Operational support of channels – Slack, email newsletters, PeopleForce knowledge base: content plan, layout, publication, moderation, metrics.
  • Content production – news, digests, instructions, Q&A, design of materials for town hall and internal events.
  • Operational analytics – engagement and feedback surveys, channel metrics reports, suggestions for improvements.
  • Project management – timelines, checklists, designer briefings, contractor coordination, budget control within tasks.
We expect you to:
  • 3+ years in internal communications or PR/HR communications in growing organizations.
  • Strong written Ukrainian, confident English B2+ for internal materials.
  • Experience of managing several channels at the same time and measuring the effectiveness of communications.
  • Attention to details, ability to simplify complex updates.
  • A bonus will be: experience in all-hands preparation, knowledge of PeopleForce, Figma/Google Slides.
