Internal Communications Specialist in EvoPlay

EvoPlay is a fast-growing international IT holding focused on creating high-quality products, solutions and services in the field of information technology and online entertainment.

The HR Brand & Communications team is a service function of the holding responsible for the development of the HR brand, internal and external communications, support of business areas through quality content, corporate projects and the company's single tone of voice.

About the Role:

In this role, you will become the voice and driver of internal communications. You will be able to influence the corporate culture, style and level of team involvement, creating quality content and new approaches to interaction between projects. You will have the opportunity to develop the company's tone of voice, implement your own communication initiatives. This is a role for someone who wants to see the real impact of their work - in the team atmosphere, the energy of people and the way the company sounds from the inside. none">
— Development of the holding's main #General corporate channel — content creation and improvement.
— Coordination of several key project channels — each with its own business context, goals, tone of voice, and dynamics.
— Content planning: creation of rubric and content plan at least two months in advance, with suggestions for topics, formats, and development communications (not from scratch, but with your drive and vision).
- Support of internal initiatives and special projects - editing, proofreading, writing and improving texts for various internal communities: Wiki Space, sports and intellectual clubs, volunteer initiatives, etc.
- Editorial and tonal consistency - quality control, literacy and appropriateness of tone of voice in all channels.

—Experience in internal communications, copywriting or content marketing.
- Confident command of Ukrainianin the Ukrainian language, strong editorial skills.
- Ability to create content plans, work with tone of voice and multimedia formats.
- Skills of system planning, organization of communication processes.

- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to different teams and contexts.
- High level of communication culture, ability to work with feedback.
