responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of internal communications strategy;
• preparation and distribution of internal news, ads and info materials for workers;
• Creating content for internal communication channels (electronic newsletters, corporate portal, social networks, etc.); "> Conducting surveys among employees, analysis of their answers and preparation of recommendations for improving the involvement and satisfaction of employees;
• Cooperation with heads of various departments to support communication initiatives;
• Strengthening corporate culture.

Key requirements:

• higher education (marketing, communications, HR or adjacent specialties); /
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Excellent communication and written skills;
• creativity, organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
