Intern/Junior Product Analyst in SKELAR

Howly is a multi-product company that creates products in the niche of professional online consulting. and productivity solutions. Howly offers users innovative services that help them get expert support in various fields, as well as tools to optimize work with documents and career development, making these processes easier and more efficient.

Our products are actively growing, and together with them, our analytics team is growing. That is why we are looking for a Junior Product Analyst who will help find growth points and accelerate the achievement of bold business goals. If you are motivated by complex analytical challenges and the opportunity to influence product development using data, then this position is for you.

Your tasks will be:
— Analyze user behavior and product performance;
— Generate hypotheses for product improvement using analytical tools and data;
— Validate hypotheses through A/B testing;
— Build predictive models for user behavior and key business metrics ; 
— Create informative dashboards for the product team and other stakeholders;
— Present research findings in an understandable and visually appealing format;
— Collaborate with development, marketing and C-level teams to achieve business goals .

What you need to join us:
— Analytical thinking and a passion for working with data;
— Ability to interpret numerical metrics in a business context ;
— Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis;
— Understanding of basic statistical methods and concepts;
— Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI);

Will be a plus:
— Basic understanding of Machine Learning principles;
— Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn).
