EY People Practice Advisory Services is a reliable business advisor for local and international clients on personnel management issues. The Workforce Advisory team offers a wide range of services related to the improvement of HR processes, the construction of pay systems (grading pay structures, bonus programs and benefits), conducting market analytics on salaries, personnel policies and practices for various companies located on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. By joining our Workforce Advisory team, you will get to know new industries, international businesses and expand your horizons. You will receive absolute support throughout your career path and will be able to fully reveal your potential and become a true professional.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular salary reviews fees and compensations, as well as others labor market research among leading companies of Ukraine in the market as a whole and in individual industries
  • Development of basic salary (grading structures) for Ukrainian and international clients
  • Developing short- and long-term employee incentive plans
  • Working with clients on other project-related issues

  • Higher education majoring in economics/finance/personnel management/statistics (considering 3rd year students and above)
  • In-depth knowledge of office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • English proficiency level - B2 and above
  • Previous experience in HR consulting is an advantage
  • Ability and desire to work in a team
